Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. We appreciate your understanding.
For Exchanges Due to Damage or Quality Issues:
Damage or Leak Reporting:
- If you receive a damaged or tampered product, or if the product has spilled or leaked during delivery, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide supporting images and video of the damage or issue, along with the product packaging, to help us resolve your issue promptly.
- Send these details to info@ayusutra.in.
Exchange Requests:
- All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Exchange requests are subject to investigation and evaluation by the Ayusutra team.
Exclusions:
- We are not responsible for damages arising after delivery, including those caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application.

Exchange Policy for Clothing Collection
We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If you need to exchange clothing, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility for Exchange:
Time Frame:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Product Condition:
- The item must be in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
- The garment should be unworn, unwashed, and free from any odors. Ensure all tags, packaging, and receipts are intact.
Exchange Process:
Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at info@ayusutra.in to explain the reason for the exchange. We will provide further instructions.
Prepare the Item:
- Securely pack the product in its original box.
- Include the original invoice or receipt and any required documents.
Inspection and Replacement:
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the required conditions.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. If the size is unavailable, a credit note for the purchase value will be issued.
International Orders & Shipments
We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@ayusutra.in within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will assist you with the issue.
Size Recommendations:
- For international orders, we recommend choosing a size larger if you are unsure and checking the measurement chart before placing an order.
